1. Woven Fabric Production Circular or flat weaving Polypropylene tapes are woven into high-density fabric. Fabric GSM (70–120) selected based on target load capacity (5kg–50kg).
2. Reverse Printing on BOPP Film Rotogravure printing High-resolution graphics (up to 10 colors) are reverse-printed onto BOPP film (18–25 micron). Reverse printing protects ink from external abrasion.
3. Lamination Adhesive or extrusion lamination Printed BOPP film is permanently bonded to woven PP fabric using solvent-based or solventless adhesives. Creates a single, durable composite sheet.
4. Bag Cutting & Folding Precision cutting Laminated sheets are cut to exact dimensions. Side gussets (if required) are folded in.
5. Handle Integration Die-cutting, heat-sealing, or stitching Handles are added based on type: D-cut (die-cut), Patch handle (heat-sealed/welded), Loop handle (attached/stitched).
6. Bottom Sealing/Stitching Final closure Bottom is heat-sealed, stitched, or left open (shopper style). Valve sleeves added if required.
