Center Seal Pouch Packaging is manufactured by folding a flat film into a tube and applying a single heat seal vertically down the middle of the pouch’s rear side. This creates a clean, symmetrical front panel perfect for high-impact branding and product visibility. Unlike three-side seal pouches, center seal pouches minimize sealant waste and provide a more consistent opening force.
These pouches are highly versatile: they can be produced as flat center seal pouches for single-serve items or as center seal gusseted pouches that stand upright and offer expanded capacity for bulkier products. The structure offers moderate to high barrier properties (available with foil, metalized, or clear films) to protect against moisture, oxygen, and light.
